The Frozen Hudson River as Seen from Beacon, NY on January 23, 2014

It was a very cold day with highs only in the mid to upper teens but the wind was blowing at 10 to 20 mph which sent wind chills down to near zero or below. Most of the Hudson was frozen here in Beacon, NY.
